WORK PROGRAM FOR EXPLORATION LICENCE APPLICATION - 22 FEB. 2014

The Application is for two 1 square km graticular sections that includes PL 1004 held by the Applicant as marked on the attached DSDBI 1:25,000 GDA map.

The area designated as Area 1 on the plans is abutting the SW boundary of PL 1004 and within the boundaries of Private Property owned by Richard Darby, a Director of Mines of Stirling P/L.  The Exploration Work proposed for Area 1 will target extensions of formations being investigated withinPL 1004 and parallel reefs identified by surface outcrops and historical diggings.  The scope and methods for the proposed work will be similar to the work being carried out under the approved Exploration Only Work Plan and Variation for PL 1004.  The drilling pogram for PL 1004 is about 60% complete and has returned gold grades from a number of intersections.

The balance of the Application Area, exclusing Crown Land and any unavailable land, will be subjected to low impact exploration on private property and subject to the cooperation of Property Owners.  Should more intrusive exploration work be considered outside Area 1, a Work Plan Variation will be submitted for aproval. Mapping of identified structures and minerilization by theapplicant and the assisting consulting geologist will be continuing.

Costeaning and RAB Drilling will be carried out to obtain bulk samples for assay and testing to determine gold grade, recovery and an anticipated indicated resource.  The objective is to determine a viable resource in concert with the work in PL 1004 which will support a future Mining Licence Application and development of a small mine to be owned and operated by Mines of Stirling P/L.

Area 1 is steep country at the top end of a dry gully which falls into Rileys Creek about 1 km to the east.  The area is the Cassilis Shear Zone and includes metamorphic rock and igneous intrusions of the Rileys Creek Complex.  The Conservation Status of the site is "Depleted" and the present understory is primarily weed and bare rock outcrop.  The Exploration Work in Area 1 will be carried out in locations indicated on the attached Area 1 Plan and aerial photo.  Existing tracks are drawn on the Plan and can be seen in the aerial photo as well as the existing vegetation.

Costeaning will be mostly in rock 0.5 to 1.0 metres wide to depths of up to 1 metre.  We will limit the length of any open trench to 20 metres and pillars or bunds will be placed as required to prevent erosion from runoff where the low end of any trench is open.

Where top soil or overburden is present or the vein being sampled dips off vertical, the trench will be battered with overburden placed back from the trench on the high side to control any runn off and prevent siltation of adjacent areas while topsoil will be stored separately on the downhill side for rehabilitation.

Trenches will be sign posted and fenced for safety as location and depth may require.

Excavation will be by hand, electric and pneumatic jack picks and small excavators where appropriate and access from the track permits.  No explosive will be used during the Exploration work.

Impact on Native Vegetation will be avoided where possible; no trees will be removed and understory removal will be minimized.  Rehabilitation of costeaned areas will encourage natural regeneration and seeding with local indigenous species only.

Where any excavations are redundant to possible mining in the future, the temporary earth works will be back filled and rehabilitated to the Owner's, DSE and DPI requirements in accordance with the Native Vegetation Management Guidelines.

Drilling and sampling is by Rotary Air Blast Down Hole Hammer Drilling and dust recovery via cyclone to provide bulk samples for field testing and assay.

Drilling will be crried out using the Company's 5 tonne track mounted drill rig.  Access to drill sites is via existing tracks and no drilling pad or surface earthwork is required.  The drilling medium is air so there is no run off of fluids or contamination other than managing lubricating oils and fuel used in the operation.  Drilling dust is bagged in 1 metre intervals as it is discharged from the cyclone.

Rehabilitation of the drill sites works will be plugging drill holes, disposing of any remaining drill cuttings and cleaning up the site to the satisfaction of the owner and any relevant authorities.

Processing of Bulk samples from costeaning and bagged drill cuttings by physical inspection and gravity separation to evaluate gold recovery.

The Area 1 site is isolated and the activities will not have any influence be it noise, traffic, dust or risk of pollution on distant neighbours or the public.  The closest habitation is about 1 km away from the site.

The community engagement plan will include use of the Omeo News Sheet, Swifts Creek Notice Board and representation to local community groups including the Cassilis Historical Area to provide information of our activities and contact details to respond to requests and any complaint.

If our Application is successful, we anticipate work in Area 1 would commence on approval of the Work Plan and continue for 2 to 4 years depending on exploration results, possibly concluding ith a MINA or PLA over the area.  Targets that may be identified outside Area 1 will be evaluated by us and our consulting geologist to develop an appropriate Exploration Work Plan and determine the required resources and schedule.
